Larry LathamAfter twenty-five years in the animation industry, producing and directing for Disney, Universal, Hanna-Barbera and others, Larry decided to expand his creative abilities to include illustration.
His paintings reflect not only his interest in color, character and composition, but also his desire to reach across audiences of all ages. In addition, his experience (including a BA from the University of Oklahoma and a stint at the American Film Institute) provides a foundation for his solid production storyboards, animated or live. Influenced by a wide range of interests, from early jazz to Russian Impressionism to the lurid pulp magazines of the 1930's to today's exciting independent films, Larry has developed a style and approach that are uniquely his own.
